These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of private consulting services offered by Selling Freedom™ International Real Estate and Mandy Lee.
By booking a consulting session, submitting payment, or using these services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Service
The 90-Minute Personalized Action Plan is a private strategy session designed to help you organize your thoughts, clarify your goals, identify possible directions, and create a practical next-step plan.
Common topics may include international relocation, residency pathways, remote income, business development, digital assets, alternative education, parallel systems, international real estate, privacy, offshore living, family resilience, and long-term sovereignty strategies.
The purpose of the session is to provide strategic guidance, practical perspective, research direction, and decision-making support based on experience, pattern recognition, and available information.
2. Not Professional Advice
This service does not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, accounting, banking, education, medical, or licensed professional advice.
Any information discussed during the session or included in a follow-up report is for general educational and strategic planning purposes only.
You are responsible for verifying all information with the appropriate licensed professionals before making decisions related to residency, citizenship, taxation, business structures, banking, investments, property purchases, schooling, relocation, or any other regulated matter.
3. No Guarantees
No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Selling Freedom™ International Real Estate and Mandy Lee do not guarantee that any country, residency pathway, investment, property, business structure, income strategy, education option, or relocation plan will be suitable, available, approved, profitable, or successful for you.
Rules, laws, costs, requirements, market conditions, immigration policies, banking policies, and professional standards can change at any time. Any information provided is based on what is reasonably understood at the time of the session and should not be relied upon as final or permanent.
4. Client Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, applications, purchases, investments, relocations, business actions, financial choices, and professional engagements.
You agree to perform your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before taking action.
This may include, but is not limited to, attorneys, immigration professionals, tax advisors, accountants, licensed real estate professionals, financial advisors, banking professionals, education consultants, or other relevant specialists in the applicable country or jurisdiction.
5. Referrals and Professional Contacts
Where appropriate, Mandy may suggest professionals, service providers, resources, jurisdictions, companies, tools, or areas to research.
Any referral or recommendation is provided as a starting point only and does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assumption of responsibility for that person, company, service, or outcome.
You are responsible for interviewing, verifying, hiring, and supervising any professional or service provider you choose to work with.
6. Follow-Up Report
If your consulting package includes a follow-up report, the report is intended to summarize the discussion, organize key ideas, outline possible next steps, and provide practical direction.
The report is not a legal opinion, immigration plan, tax plan, investment recommendation, financial plan, or professional advisory document.
Any resources, links, contacts, or suggestions included in the report should be independently verified before use.
7. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before the session is confirmed.
Due to the personalized nature of the service, completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as completed sessions at the discretion of Selling Freedom™ International Real Estate.
8. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during the session will be treated with care and discretion.
However, this service does not create an attorney-client, tax advisor-client, financial advisor-client, therapist-client, or other legally protected professional relationship.
You should not share highly sensitive legal, financial, medical, or confidential documents unless specifically requested and appropriate for the purpose of the session.
9. No Liability for Decisions or Outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selling Freedom™ International Real Estate and Mandy Lee are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, denial, cost, missed opportunity, failed application, financial loss, legal issue, tax consequence, investment result, relocation outcome, business outcome, or personal decision resulting from your use of the consulting service.
You agree that all actions taken after the session are your own responsibility.
10. International Information
Because this service may involve international topics, you understand that rules and procedures vary widely by country, region, institution, and individual circumstance.
Information may become outdated, incomplete, or inapplicable to your specific situation. You agree to confirm all material details with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction before taking action.
11. Digital Assets and Investments
Any discussion of Bitcoin, digital assets, trading, financial tools, offshore structures, banking, or investment-related topics is for educational and strategic discussion only.
Nothing provided should be interpreted as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, move, or invest in any asset.

12. Real Estate

By booking a consulting session, submitting payment, or using the service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and limits of the service.
You understand that the session is designed to provide clarity, perspective, direction, and practical next steps, not guaranteed answers or licensed professional advice.
You agree that all final decisions remain your responsibility.
